Internship: OPEN+ Process Optimisation & Digital Transformation
Location: PMPSA Manufacturing site, Neuchatel, Switzerland
Duration: 6 months | Start: Mid-February 2027

Your role

OPEN+ supports operational excellence, loss reduction, standardisation and team empowerment. You will:

• Analyse processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop digital tools to simplify work, improve data quality and monitor OPEN+ initiatives.
• Create Power BI and Excel dashboards to track KPIs and support decisions.
• Test AI use cases for automation, data analysis and problem-solving.
• Document solutions, gather feedback and support adoption.
• Work with Production, Maintenance, Quality, IT and OPEN+ teams.

Your profile

• Master's student in Engineering, Industrial Management, Operations, Data Science, Computer Science, Economics or related field.
• Skills in project management, data analysis and structured problem-solving.
• Knowledge of advanced Excel, Power BI, SharePoint, AI development tools and SAP.
• Interest in manufacturing, operational excellence, continuous improvement and digital transformation.
• Analytical, curious, autonomous, organised and collaborative.
• Fluent in French and English.

Votre role

OPEN+ soutient l'excellence operationnelle, la reduction des pertes, la standardisation et l'autonomie des equipes. Vous allez :

• Analyser les processus et identifier des opportunites d'amelioration.
• Developper des outils digitaux pour simplifier le travail, fiabiliser les donnees et suivre les initiatives OPEN+.
• Creer des tableaux de bord Power BI et Excel pour suivre les indicateurs et soutenir les decisions.
• Tester des usages de l'IA pour l'automatisation, l'analyse de donnees et la resolution de problemes.
• Documenter les solutions, recueillir les retours et soutenir leur adoption.
• Collaborer avec Production, Maintenance, Qualite, IT et les equipes OPEN+.

Votre profil

• Etudiant(e) en Master en ingenierie, management industriel, operations, data science, informatique, economie ou domaine equivalent.
• Competences en gestion de projet, analyse de donnees et resolution structuree de problemes.
• Maitrise d'Excel avance, Power BI, SharePoint, outils de developpement via l'IA et SAP.
• Interet pour l'industrie, l'excellence operationnelle, l'amelioration continue et la transformation digitale.
• Esprit analytique, curiosite, autonomie, organisation et collaboration.
• Maitrise du francais et de l'anglais.
