Your ‘day to day’

As an Engineer – ALT, you will develop and maintain data-driven solutions that support product reliability testing and lab performance across global sites. You will also focus on data analysis and collaborate with multi-functional teams to ensure data integrity, actionable insights, and continuous improvement.

More specifically, you'll

• Develop and maintain back-end scripts to extract, transform, and analyze data from engineering databases.
• Implement and maintain Power BI dashboards to monitor the testing activities in four different laboratories.
• Organize and maintain Power BI workspaces and the automated refresh pipeline.
• Respond to ad-hoc requests with tailored algorithms and visualizations.
• Perform advanced analytics to detect and investigate anomalies of lab testing protocols, testing technologies, or products under test.
• Support the investigation of the product anomalies and contribute to the testing technology improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate internally with various scientific areas and functions.

Who we’re looking fo

• MSc/PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Intelligence, Mathematics, Physics, or related fields, or equivalent experience.
• Strong experience in Python (including libraries like pandas, NumPy, SciPy, Scikit-learn, or Matplotlib) or any other relevant programming language for data analysis (R, C/C++, Java, etc.), as well as in relational databases (SQL and PostgreSQL). Knowledge of bash is an asset.
• Expertise to create clear and informative visualizations using Power BI (DAX, Power Query M).
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
• Understanding statistical methodologies like hypothesis testing, correlation analysis, and data visualization techniques.
• Analytical skills, with the ability to quickly process and understand complex & ambiguous information to make decisions and define appropriate solutions.
• Expertise in transforming complex data findings into compelling narratives for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience in electronic device development or testing, firmware development, electronics, or lab automation is a strong advantage.
• Highly motivated and curious person, eager to work on-site in the lab.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English.
