Your 'day to day'

As a (Sr) Manager Quality Framework, you will define, deploy, and govern a sustainable PMI Quality Management System (QMS) which anticipates evolving business needs whilst seamlessly integrating mandatory and voluntary requirements across multiple product categories and business units.

More specifically, you'll

• Serve as the primary advisor to senior leadership on quality and compliance matters, contributing to the broader organizational strategy, in particular when it comes to the PMI QMS
• Drive the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) architecture and taxonomy, ensuring it is fit-for-purpose across the product lifecycle.
• Provide strategic direction and guidance to the global Quality Management Organization, ensuring alignment with company goals
• Oversee harmonization of quality processes globally, ensuring scalability and efficiency while maintaining compliance with ISO 9001, GxP, and other applicable internal and external quality standards
• Own the content of the corporate directives, setting the global minimum quality standard across all companies in PMI
• Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external partners, ensuring quality initiatives align with business needs and support timely delivery of key projects
• Provide critical input to Risk Management Plans, influencing decision-making at the highest levels

Who we’re looking for

• Degree in Engineering, Technology, or Life Sciences disciplines, or equivalent experience
• Extensive experience in Quality Management and related processes within fast-paced consumer goods or regulated industries such as Food and Agriculture, Healthcare, Cosmetics, Pharmaceuticals, or Medical Devices
• Broad background across Quality Management, Operations, Product Development, or Life Sciences domains
• Validated ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively at all organizational levels within complex and multicultural environments
• Demonstrated experience in directly leading teams
• Consistent track record in leading strategic initiatives involving cross-functional collaboration
• Experience working with partners in non-technical or commercial roles
• Proficiency in English, both written and oral
