The Service Delivery Specialist is responsible for ensuring the efficient execution of inventory, warehouse, distribution, transportation, compliance, systems, and customer service activities that support business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management
•    Monitor inventory accuracy and stock availability.
•    Reconcile physical inventory with system records.
•    Investigate and resolve inventory variances.
•    Support cycle counts and annual physical inventory activities.

Warehouse Operations

•    Oversee receiving, storage, and dispatch of materials and finished goods.
•    Ensure compliance with warehouse procedures, safety, and security standards.
•    Maintain accurate documentation of warehouse transactions.

Distribution & Logistics

•    Coordinate transportation and delivery schedules.
•    Monitor delivery performance and service levels.
•    Resolve delivery-related issues promptly.
•    Collaborate with transport providers and commercial teams.

Systems & Transaction Processing

•    Ensure timely and accurate transaction posting in SAP and other systems.
•    Monitor and resolve pending or system-related issues.
•    Validate operational reports and reconciliations.
•    Maintain data accuracy and integrity.

Compliance & Controls
•    Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
•    Perform routine control activities.
•    Support internal and external audits.
•    Maintain accurate operational records.

Customer Service Support
•    Address customer delivery and inventory concerns.
•    Coordinate with Sales, Commercial, and Customer Service teams.
•    Ensure agreed service levels are achieved.
•    Build strong relationships with stakeholders.

Performance Monitoring
•    Prepare operational reports and dashboards.
•    Track key KPIs, including: 
o    Inventory Accuracy
o    Delivery Compliance
o    Order Fulfillment Rate
o    Warehouse Productivity
o    Transport Performance
o    Service Level Achievement
•    Recommend corrective and preventive actions.

Continuous Improvement
•    Identify and implement process improvements.
•    Support operational excellence initiatives.
•    Drive efficiency, cost savings, and service enhancements.
