The Role

As the Head ITP DACH Countries, you will be driving Philip Morris GmbH’s commitment to a SmokeFree Future by safeguarding consumers, our products, and the business from illicit trade. You will lead the development and execution of ITP strategies across the DACH region, ensuring robust investigative efforts, evidencebased enforcement support, and effective engagement with key stakeholders to uphold regulatory integrity and protect our market.

 

Your Accountabilities:

  • Execute ITP strategies to address key illicit trade issues in the DACH countries
  • Manage investigative consultants and projects
  • Build evidence packages for enforcement and policy engagement
  • Coordinate ITP activities and activate relevant Centers of Expertise
  • Engage with enforcement agencies, NGOs, and IGOs
  • Promote regulatory frameworks and support External Affairs objectives
  • Prepare reports and presentations for leadership

 

Your Profile

  • 8 years + experience in brand protection, investigations or law enforcement
  • Experience in stakeholder management and communication
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trust and influence at all levels.
  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of illicit trade and/or tobacco industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
