Position Title:  Sr. Team Lead Modern Trade

We are seeking an experienced and inspiring leader to join our team and lead a group of sales representatives in the Jihomoravský region (with offices based in Brno) and surroundings areas. This role offers an exceptional opportunity for growth, project leadership, and collaboration with key partners in a modern market.

Leading and developing a team of 5 sales representatives – coaching, motivation, and supporting growth and performance

Collaborating with key partners in the modern trade segment

Active involvement in planning and executing regional activities

Using digital tools and data for effective regional management

Bringing your own ideas and feedback to central strategies

🎯 Who We Are Looking For

An experienced professional, ideally from the FMCG sector, with at least 4 years of sales experience

A leader with at least 2 years of team management experience

A personality with strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and project management ability

A driver eager to be in the field and close to the market
