Your ‘day to day’

• Partner with local and global stakeholders to understand the business requirements and translate them into a successful talent acquisition strategy
• Manage the full life cycle recruitment for assigned open positions in a timely and effective way, ensuring world class hiring manager experience
• Identify, attract, engage and introduce the best talents in the marketplace by providing market intelligence and screening while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience
• Prepare and deliver data and analytics for your portfolio as required
• Lead offer preparation and negotiation with candidates

Who we’re looking for

• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition / recruitment role managing end-to-end recruitment processes
• Experience in the recruitment of positions for a variety of functions (commercial, IT, finance, supply chain, marketing, etc.)
• Experience in leveraging multiple candidates sourcing tools, including job boards, networking, and referrals
• Critical thinking, problem solving, and influencing skills are key enablers for this role
• Experience in Early Careers programs (e.g. internship and Co-op programs) would be a plus
• Full English proficiency.
