Introducing smoke-free products shifts the focus of our entire business. We’re fast moving from a B2B to a B2C model – and our newly created Customer Centric Organisation (CCO) team is driving that commercial transformation. Their role is to understand customer conversion journeys in different international markets, then to find the best ways to connect with smokers and convince them to switch to reduced-risk products.

We’re looking for customer-centric people with strong B2C experience to play a part in this major marketing transformation. Your ‘day to day’
You will lead the execution of visibility strategies across premium trade channels, ensuring every brand initiative is delivered with excellence. This role requires someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, can quickly adapt to change, and is skilled at evaluating the impact of communication materials. You’ll play a key role in aligning brand vision with customer needs, while collaborating closely with marketing, sales, and trade teams to ensure seamless, high-impact execution.

  • Understands customer’s capabilities to implement effective promotional materials that enhance brand presence and meet strategic objectives.
  • Continuously monitors the implementation of strategies and communication at the point of sale (PoS)
  • Ensure a thorough understanding of the brand's initiatives to effectively plan communication tailored to each channel's strategy and capabilities.

 

Who we’re looking for?

  • University degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, Communication, Advertising or equivalent.
  • Proven experience of minimum 2 years in trade marketing, retail channels, sales coordination, merchandising or similar roles.
  • Solid understanding of retail channels.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel.
  • Proficient spoken and written English is a must.
  • Strong organizational, stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Flexibility to quickly adapt to changing business priorities, curiosity to learn, desire to drive our performance to higher standards, agility, and strong customer focused and forward leaning energies are encouraged.
