Do you thrive in cross-functional environments and enjoy turning strategy into execution? Join our Merchandising & Visibility team in Mexico City as Shopper Communication & Visibility Manager and help shape how our brands come to life in high-end and general trade channels.

Your ‘day to day’:

• Develop and implement visibility strategies tailored to diverse retail channels.
• Design key visuals and promotional materials aligned with brand and customer strategies.
• Collaborate with agencies and internal teams to ensure effective point-of-sale communication.
• Lead budget optimization, ensuring efficient and compliant spending.
• Act as a strategic liaison between field sales, commercial planning, and merchandising teams.
• Drive shopper marketing initiatives and ensure supplier alignment with visibility goals.

Who we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a similar role (trade marketing, retail, sales coordination, or merchandising).
• Strong project management and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Fluency in English (100%).
• Proficiency in Excel and syndicated data tools.
• Strategic mindset with creative flair and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
