Location: Mexico City

Job Purpose:

Own the Store Retail strategy for a multi-category portfolio, aligning consumer experience (CX) with channel performance and operations. This role is pivotal in positioning Brand Retail as the most experiential channel within the SFP ecosystem, ensuring high-quality customer acquisition and retention. The manager will also oversee the execution of CX programs, provide performance insights, and drive exclusive brand experiences through events and activations.

Principal Accountabilities:

1.               Define the size and footprint of the Brand Retail ecosystem to meet evolving multicategory needs, aligning with SFP and CX strategies.

2.               Ensure acquisition and retention targets are met while delivering top-tier service and operational efficiency through effective team leadership.

3.               Execute and evaluate all CX acquisition and retention programs, offering feedback and strategic alignment with CX leadership.

4.               Plan and execute brand-elevating events in collaboration with marketing, measuring their impact on traffic and equity.

5.               Manage relationships with regional and global stakeholders, including shopping center groups, to secure optimal retail spaces and partnerships.

6.               Promote a process-driven culture ensuring compliance with standards, SOX controls, and risk management protocols.

Education:

Bachelor's degree (minimum)

Work Experience:

5+ years in Retail Management or a related field

Skills:

• Strategic thinking and leadership
• Strong execution and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Clear verbal and written communication
• Fluent in English
• Proactive and positive management style
