Your ‘day to day’

As a Payroll Delivery Specialist based in Guadalajara, Jalisco, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of payroll for employees in Mexico. Your day-to-day will include:

• Managing end-to-end payroll cycles with precision and compliance.
• Validating payroll data including bonuses, deductions, and adjustments.
• Preparing payroll reports and supporting audits.
• Responding to employee inquiries related to payroll.
• Identifying and implementing process improvements and automation opportunities.

Who we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in payroll processing or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Mexican payroll regulations (IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, tax withholdings, labor laws).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills.
