Introducing smoke-free products shifts the focus of our entire business. We’re fast moving from a B2B to a B2C model – and our newly created Customer Centric Organisation (CCO) team is driving that commercial transformation. Their role is to understand customer conversion journeys in different international markets, then to find the best ways to connect with smokers and convince them to switch to reduced-risk products.
We’re looking for customer-centric people with strong B2C experience to play a part in this major marketing transformation. Your ‘day to day’
You will generate business insights looking for the best Return on Investment by analyzing diverse sources of information such as Sell-in, Sell-Out, Nielsen Share of Market, Fast Moving Consumer Goods trends and consumer behavior to facilitate decision making for the commercial structure.
- Develop Processes: Continue evolving processes to achieve business goals in Net Revenue Management, including Route to Market, Client Segmentation, Product Assortment, and more.
- Develop and evolve commercial & investment strategies, enhancing prioritization/optimization.
- Drive brand adoption and efficient assortment across GT, adapting strategies by PoS size and location.
- Implement portfolio segmentation by Nielsen Area to match regional and client needs.
- Optimize investment allocation to boost brand performance and ROI.
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to guide commercial strategies.
- Ensure NRM adoption and act as liaison with cross-functional and global teams.
- Monitor portfolio and revenue performance, providing insights to leadership.
- Improve multicategory performance through PoS segmentation and space optimization.
- Lead shopper lab insights to advise retail and category strategies
Who we’re looking for?
- University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, Sales or equivalent.
- Proven experience of minimum 2 years in portfolio & category management.
- Solid background in commercial strategy, trade marketing, and portfolio management, with strong analytical skills in market research, investment optimization, and performance tracking.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional collaboration, translate insights into strategies, and manage multi-category execution across channels.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and SQL.
- Proficient spoken and written English is a must
