About the role:
Lead and execute Talent Acquisition (TA) strategy across market/cluster (Mexico & Canada), ensuring attraction, selection and hiring of top talent aligned with business objectives while delivering high quality, experience and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement Market/Cluster TA strategy aligned with Regional and Global GTAD frameworks.
• Lead end-to-end Talent Acquisition delivery including sourcing, selection, employer branding and early careers.
• Drive workforce planning and align hiring strategy with business priorities and market dynamics.
• Ensure adoption of global TA ways of working and technology-enabled processes.
• Partner with P&C, business leaders and Finance to deliver hiring plans and strategic initiatives.
• Manage and lead TA teams including recruiters and external RPO partners.
• Oversee employer brand marketing, recruitment marketing and candidate experience initiatives.
• Ensure KPI delivery across quality, experience and efficiency metrics.
• Lead cross-functional projects to enhance TA processes and organizational performance.
• Provide budget input and manage TA costs within agreed targets.
People Leadership:
• Lead and develop TA teams, including direct and indirect reports.
• Manage capacity planning and resource allocation.
• Drive engagement, performance management and talent development within the team.
• Role model company values and behaviors.
Stakeholder Management:
• Act as primary TA contact for P&C Directors and senior stakeholders.
• Influence business leaders and hiring managers to align on hiring strategy.
• Collaborate with central TA, employer branding and early careers teams.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field
• 7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition
• Proven experience in stakeholder management and influencing
• Proven experience as a TA Manager with a strong focus on field force recruitment and leading high-performing teams and RPO
• Strong data-driven decision making and problem-solving skills
