As Manager Compliance LA&C, you will help ensure our operations across Latin America & Canada align with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies. You will strengthen ethical business practices, manage compliance risks, support investigations, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our Ethics & Compliance Program.

Your day-to-day

  • Implement and monitor compliance strategies, policies, procedures, training, and awareness initiatives.
  • Support the execution and continuous improvement of the Ethics & Compliance Program across the region.
  • Conduct compliance reviews, audits, monitoring activities, and periodic risk assessments.
  • Develop risk-detection and evaluation mechanisms and support practical mitigation plans.
  • Prevent and detect illegal, unethical, or improper conduct through effective controls and monitoring.
  • Lead or support privileged compliance investigations, ensuring concerns are handled professionally and corrective actions are implemented when required.
  • Partner with internal collaborators to assess reports of potential misconduct and support disclosure to authorities when warranted.
  • Provide compliance-related support for international operations, new business models, M&A, and joint venture transactions.
  • Collaborate with business leaders and cross-functional teams to promote ethical decision-making and a strong culture of integrity.

Who we are looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, Compliance, Risk Management, or a related field.
  • 9+ years of progressive experience in Compliance, Ethics & Compliance, Internal Audit, Risk Management, Investigations, Legal, Governance, or related functions, preferably within multinational organizations.
  • Experience implementing and supervising compliance and ethics programs.
  • Proven experience in risk assessments, audits, monitoring activities, and investigations.
  • Strong understanding of compliance frameworks, corporate governance, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to independently drive regional initiatives and influence senior collaborators across functions and geographies.
  • Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and team member management skills.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
