Your ‘day to day’:

Ensure the successful delivery of IT projects by coordinating with stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and establish timelines. Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to complete projects on time and within budget. Provide support for troubleshooting, optimizing processes, and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and business objectives. Facilitate seamless transitions of new capabilities to the operational IT organization, ensuring security measures and support processes are in place. Deploy solutions using agile project management methodologies.

Major accountabilities:

• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements, identify and analyze business needs, define project scope, and establish timelines. Make recommendations for solutions or improvements to business processes that can be accomplished through new technology or alternative uses of existing technology. Translate business requirements into application requirements.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential risks.
• Estimate the costs of system solutions and prepare project plans to provide input into decisions about prioritizing projects and allocating IT resources. Implement mitigation strategies to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Make recommendations to address specific business needs for information technology-based solutions and provide support in troubleshooting technical issues during project deployments.
• Optimize processes to improve efficiency by collaborating with multiple cross-functional areas both externally and internally in the implementation of system and business processes.
• Ensure final deliverables meet quality standards and business objectives. Manage vendor relationships, including issue notifications and follow-up until resolution during project execution.
• Ensure a seamless transition to the operational service management structure, considering security measures and support processes are in place.
• Adhere to agile methodologies for solution deployment purposes.

Who we’re looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Analysis, Electronics, Telecom, or a related discipline.
• Experience in systems analysis and design, including evaluating IT systems to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement. A proven track record of working with various IT systems and technologies, such as hardware, software, networks, and databases.
• Proven record in delivering technology solutions according to business needs, project scope, budget, and timeline.
• Experience in Commercial Solutions, Data & Analytics, or business solutions for CPG companies is required.
• Experience in business process modeling and improvement is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in systems analysis and design, including evaluating IT systems to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.
• Strong understanding of hardware, software, networks, databases, Artificial Intelligence, DEVOPS, ITIL, or COBIT (IT Controls).
• Experience with business process modeling and improvement, commercial solutions, and corporate ways of working.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools, especially Agile Software development (SCRUM, SaFE, or similar).
