Your ‘day to day’:

As Jr Manager – Retail Distribution, you will be responsible for ensuring product availability in the General Trade (GT) channel, with a strong focus on top SKUs. Your role bridges the gap between the distributor’s warehouse (CEDIS) and the retail point of sale. You will:

• Lead the execution of commercial and RTM (Route-to-Market) strategies through the distributor’s salesforce.
• Manage sell-in/sell-out performance, including sales forecasting, inventory tracking, and trade promotion allocation.
• Monitor and improve key distribution KPIs such as call compliance, visit effectiveness, drop size, and critical route coverage.
• Serve as the main point of contact for distributor managers and, at times, owners—ensuring alignment and follow-through on commercial programs.
• Conduct weekly field visits to retail clients to ensure operational excellence and execution.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, commercial planning, and logistics teams to drive integration and continuous improvement.

Who we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
• Experience in FMCG, particularly in Distribution, RTM, Sales, or Trade
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive and ambitious mindset
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Customer-focused with a collaborative approach and ability to connect across levels
