Marketing Content Creation Responsible for leading brand content governance and orchestration, ensuring consistency and coherence in brand messaging across all initiatives and channels. The role defines content direction, planning, and transcreation frameworks, working crossfunctionally to align brand strategy, commercial needs, and sustainability objectives, and enabling execution through delivery teams.

Your ‘day to day’:

- Lead brand content governance to ensure consistency, coherence, and clarity across all initiatives, fully aligned with deployment  & brand portfolio strategy.

- Translate brand and portfolio priorities into clear structured content guidance and standards to enable execution teams.

- Apply strong strategic judgment to assess content relevance, portfolio fit, and prioritization across brands and initiatives.

- Leverage consumer and performance insights to translate into content strategy and narrative development.

- Monitor and analyze key brand metrics, including Brand Health Tracker, brand adoption model indicators, and market and trends for content consistency.

- Translate research findings and data into actionable content direction aligned with channel strategies and portfolio objectives.              

- Define and steer content strategy and planning in alignment with channel and portafolio strategies, ensuring correct messaging by touchpoint and audience.

- Ensure content frameworks and narratives are adapted to deplotment needs while maintaining portfolio coherence.

- Align content direction and prioritization to support both brandbuilding and trial objectives across the consumer journey.            

- Own endtoend content project leadership, from initiation to closure, translating outcomes, learnings, and feedback into strategic recommendations for future initiatives.

- Lead retroplanning and project governance, ensuring clear handoffs and alignment across crossfunctional and delivery teams.- Oversee key visuals, transcreation, and design adaptation across channels, ensuring alignment with brand, portfolio, and channel strategies.
- Define and approve design requirements-
- Provide clear creative direction and constructive feedback, enabling high‑quality execution and informed decision‑making across teams.

- Act as a key negotiation partner with internal stakeholders (FSF, Brand, Commercial, CSC, EA), aligning priorities, scope and timelines. 

- Lead internal communication and education for sales force and employees on brand launches, content strategies, and key initiatives.

                                                         

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     

Who we’re looking for:

• FMCG consumer centric industries with exposure to multibrand and multichannel environments.

• 3–5 years of experience in content strategy, brand management, marketing, or related roles, with a strong focus on brand building and portfolio thinking.

• Proven experience translating brand strategy, insights, and commercial needs into clear content direction .

• Experience leading endtoend initiatives or projects, from planning and coordination to closure and results consolidation.

• Experience working crossfunctionally with MKT/Research, Commercial or Sales, and other internal stakeholders, acting as a strategic partner.
