Introducing smoke-free products shifts the focus of our entire business. We’re fast moving from a B2B to a B2C model – and our newly created Customer Centric Organisation (CCO) team is driving that commercial transformation. Their role is to understand customer conversion journeys in different international markets, then to find the best ways to connect with smokers and convince them to switch to reduced-risk products.

 

We’re looking for customer-centric people with strong B2C experience to play a part in this major marketing transformation. If you have omni-channel skills in e-commerce, marketing, channel strategy, customer experience or digital strategy, it’s a career-changing opportunity to shape a new global function and help create a smoke-free future.

 

Your ‘day to day’
 

  1. Strategy & Planning: Design 360° communication plans, material segmentation, and implementation timelines per channel.
  2. Material Development: Manage briefs, Key Visual production, and coordinate the execution of printed and digital materials.
  3. Analysis & Optimization: Monitor material performance, analyze Nielsen and Power BI data, evaluate profitability, and propose improvements.
  4. Team Coordination: Collaborate with creative agencies, trade marketing, and internal teams to ensure alignment and goal achievement.

 

Who we’re looking for?

  • University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, Advertising or equivalent.
  • Proven experience of minimum 4 years in B2B Marketing, trade marketing, or point of sale communication.
  • Experience in project management and coordination of multiple teams.
  • Proficient spoken and written English is a must.
  • Strong data driven, decision making, stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
  • Flexibility to quickly adapt to changing business priorities, curiosity to learn, desire to drive our performance to higher standards, agility, and strong customer focused and forward leaning energies are encouraged.
