About the Role

We are looking for a Data Engineer to join our Data Insights & Analytics team. In this role, you will help transform business requirements into scalable data solutions that enable reporting, dashboards, and analytics across the organization.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, data architects, analytics teams, and engineers to design, develop, test, and maintain reliable data pipelines and datasets that support data-driven decision-making.

What You'll Do

• Build, enhance, and maintain data pipelines, data transformations, and analytical datasets.
• Develop ETL/ELT processes that support reporting, dashboarding, and analytics use cases.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions in collaboration with business users and technical teams.
• Perform data validation, testing, reconciliation, and quality checks to ensure reliable outputs.
• Support troubleshooting and root cause analysis of data-related issues.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, business logic definitions, and data mappings.
• Monitor data pipelines and proactively identify risks related to performance, quality, or availability.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with regional and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable data solutions.

What We're Looking For

• 2-3 years of experience in Data Engineering or similar data-focused roles.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Programming experience with Python.
• Experience developing and supporting ETL/ELT processes and data workflows.
• Experience translating business needs into technical solutions.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Strong analytical thinking, collaboration skills, and learning agility.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or other cloud environments.
• Background in industries such as Retail, Consumer Goods, Banking, Financial Services, Telecommunications, or Pharmaceutical.
• Experience working with dashboards, reporting, or analytics-enabled solutions.
