- Partner with Commercial stakeholders to identify capability gaps, learning needs and development priorities.

- Translate business needs into clear learning objectives and capability-building solutions.

- Design engaging learning experiences and materials using instructional design principles.

- Coordinate the implementation of learning and capability-building initiatives.

- Collaborate with subject matter experts, internal teams and external partners.

- Analyze feedback and capability needs to continuously improve learning solutions.

- Refresh learning solutions as business priorities and capability requirements evolve.
