PURPOSE DESCRIPTION:

Responsible for identifying, implementing and optimizing commercial training programs tailored for B2C environments mainly. Support the deployment of commercial capabilities across multiple product categories and channels, ensuring frontline teams deliver consistent, consumer-centric experiences that drive business growth. Develop constant assessment activities, both on and off the job, to build B2C force’s capabilities in-line with national strategies & frameworks.

Principal Accountabilities:

Co-ordinate and/or execute comprehensive sales training programs including product knowledge, commercial initiatives and development/upskilling, aligned with business objectives and multi-category strategy within the commercial engine.
 

Support the design, construction, and updating of training programs for the B2C Force, to ensure a robust operating toolbox that enables different channels to execute effectively and in multicategory environment with and omnichannel service driving excellence.
 

Co-create and deploy onboarding and continuous learning journeys for frontline teams across different categories and channels. Contribute to the image of Philip Morris as a responsible corporation and preferred business partner, through ensuring education and follow up on compliance of PMI P&P and PM marketing code.
 

Partner with commercial leadership to identify capability gaps and translate them into targeted training interventions together with capability building team. Constantly assess performance, training needs and training history in order to advise on the future development.
 

Monitor training effectiveness through KPIs such as sales performance, SoM, conversion rate, and customer satisfaction (NPS/rNPS). Ensure to measure impact of the delivered training programs aligned to business objectives and behavioral change over time.
 

Deliver coaching frameworks and tools to frontline managers to reinforce training adoption. Support the rollout of sales methodologies and best practices. Ensure ongoing coaching or training on the job of learning to ensure adoption over the longer term.
 

Analyze sales performance and training effectiveness data to identify gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance business outcomes.
 

3rd party management. Keep track and manage 3rd party headcount to plan out the Onboarding on a business as usual, training plan deployment and compliance. Make sure training budget is in line with OB.

 


Education:

University degree
Work Experience:

3–6+ years of experience in Sales Training, Sales Enablement, or related roles.
Proven experience in B2C industries
Experience supporting multi-category or multi-brand portfolios is highly desirable.
