Your ‘day to day’:
Ensure effective category management within the key account by aligning shared KPIs—such as Volume, Share of Market (SOM), and Inventory—through consistent and high-quality operational execution. Drive optimal portfolio allocation while minimizing (LOGD) across Key Accounts.
Act as a daily operational support hub by closely following up on initiatives from Marketing, Trade Marketing, Commercial Planning, SFP's team, C&C, and Distribution teams, ensuring seamless execution and issue resolution.
Establish and maintain a robust communication channel between the key account and PMM’s internal business units—including Field Sales Force (FSF), Trade Marketing (TMK), Marketing (MKT), and Distribution—to ensure the timely and effective implementation of commercial initiatives.
Facilitate continuous dialogue and feedback loops with sales areas to gather actionable insights on competitive threats and emerging market opportunities.
Help to develop tailored, ad-hoc commercial and operational strategies to address these dynamics. Present bottom-up proposals and associated resource requests to the supervisor, contributing to the evolution of broader commercial and logistics strategies aligned with PMM’s objectives.
Lead the process of gathering bottom-up requests from territories and sales areas to inform the development and enhancement of commercial programs and tools. Ensure these inputs reflect real-time business opportunities and threats, aligning them with the broader commercial plan. Represent the voice of the Field Sales Force (FSF) in all planning forums, advocating for frontline needs and ensuring their integration into strategic decision-making.
Who we’re looking for:
• FMCG consumer centric industries with exposure to multi‑brand and multi‑channel environments.
• 2-3 Two year experience in the commercial area (Sales, Marketing, Trade marketing, sales in key accounts desirable)
• Knowledge of the High End Trade
• Project Management Skills
• English Proficient
