As our Consumer Engagement Manager, you will play a key role in bringing our brands to life through innovative experiences, strategic partnerships, content, events, and community engagement initiatives. You will be responsible for creating meaningful connections with consumers, strengthening brand equity, and driving loyalty through memorable brand experiences!

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and complete consumer engagement strategies aligned with brand and business objectives.
  • Create and deliver impactful consumer experiences that strengthen brand awareness, consideration, and loyalty.
  • Lead end-to-end execution of brand activations, sponsorships, partnerships, and experiential marketing initiatives.
  • Plan and manage owned and third-party events, including product launches, festivals, trade shows, community activities, and LAMP activations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with agencies, influencers, media partners, event organizers, and external collaborators.
  • Collaborate closely with Brand, Consumer Experience, Commercial, and Digital teams to ensure a consistent and compelling consumer journey.
  • Develop engaging content and activation plans across multiple touchpoints, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and identity.
  • Analyze consumer feedback, engagement metrics, and campaign performance to continuously improve effectiveness and value.
  • Identify emerging consumer trends, cultural moments, and passion points that can unlock new engagement opportunities.
  • Manage budgets and investments effectively to improve business impact.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify guidelines and innovative approaches.

Who We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Consumer Engagement, Brand Marketing, Experiential Marketing, Events, Sponsorships, Partnerships, Influencer Marketing, Brand Activations, or related areas.
  • Proven track record of developing and delivering successful consumer-facing marketing initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of consumer behavior, brand-building principles, and engagement strategies.
  • Experience working with agencies, external partners, media, influencers, and event suppliers.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to translate consumer insights into impactful marketing initiatives.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance and optimize campaigns.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment.
