As part of Philip Morris International's Global Travel Retail (GTR) organization, you will help drive commercial growth across Latin America and Canada by identifying market opportunities, supporting portfolio initiatives, and delivering commercial plans that strengthen business performance in a dynamic international environment.
Your Day-to-Day
Business & Market Insights
- Analyze market, consumer, and channel trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Monitor industry developments, competitive activity, and market dynamics.
- Translate data and insights into actionable recommendations.
- Support business reviews and identify opportunities to optimize performance.
Portfolio Planning
- Support portfolio planning activities aligned with business objectives and consumer needs.
- Evaluate portfolio opportunities and contribute to innovation and product launch initiatives.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and execute portfolio projects.
- Support post-launch assessments and continuous improvement initiatives.
Commercial Planning
- Develop and coordinate commercial activity plans aligned with global and local priorities.
- Monitor key performance indicators and support business reviews.
- Evaluate commercial initiatives and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Contribute to business cases and recommendations for strategic initiatives.
Project Management
- Coordinate cross-functional projects to ensure timely execution.
- Track project timelines, risks, and deliverables.
- Prepare status updates and recommendations for stakeholders.
- Promote best practices in project planning and execution.
Who We're Looking For
- University degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Commercial Planning, Trade Marketing, Business Development, Strategy, Consulting, or a related function within a multinational environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into business recommendations.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects and multiple priorities.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Commercial mindset with a solid understanding of market dynamics, portfolio management, and business planning.
- Professional proficiency in English.
