Position Title:  Gerente de Securidad (Security Manager)

At PMI, we are transforming our business to build a smoke-free future. To support this journey, we are looking for a Security Manager to lead security strategy across supply chain and operations within the South Cluster.

Your ‘day to day’

As a Security Manager, you will act as the subject matter expert in physical and distribution security, leading both strategic and operational initiatives to protect people, assets, and products across the logistics network.You will partner with key areas such as Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Commercial teams to ensure robust risk management and security practices.

Key responsibilities:

• Supervise the implementation of the security strategy across transportation, warehousing, and manufacturing operations
• Conduct risk assessments and define mitigation plans for operations and logistics providers
• Oversee local security team and manage external security vendorsEnsure compliance with PMI standards, policies, and regulatory requirements
• Drive continuous improvement through audits, process optimization, and best practicesLead modernization initiatives, including Command & Control Center (CCC) capabilitiesManage incidents, investigations, and emergency response plans
• Monitor KPIs, reporting, and data-driven insights to support decision-making
• Promote a strong security culture through training and engagement initiatives

Who we’re looking for:

✔ University degree (Bachelor’s or equivalent)
✔ 8–10 years of experience in corporate security, ideally within supply chain or logistics
✔ Strong expertise in distribution security, risk assessment, and incident management
✔ Knowledge of standards such as TAPA, C-TPAT, or ISO frameworks (e.g., ISO 28000, ISO 31000)
✔ Experience with manufacturing environments, logistics operations, and third-party management
✔ Advanced English proficiency
✔ Proficiency in MS Office (Power BI is a plus)💡 Professional certifications such as CPP (Certified Protection Professional) are a plus.
