As a Field Territory Manager, you will play a critical role in driving commercial success and strengthening relationships with retail partners. You’ll manage a defined territory, influencing key decision-makers and executing strategic plans to grow our market share and support the delivery of PMI’s smoke-free vision.
Your ‘Day to Day’
Territory Planning & Autonomy
- Independently manage a defined geographic area through physical, remote, and digital activation.
- Plan and execute daily retail visits, adapting to market dynamics and opportunities.
- Develop and drive a territory business plan aligned with national strategies.
Relationship Building
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with retailers and key stakeholders.
- Represent PML professionally, embodying our values and purpose in every interaction.
Sales Execution
- Maximise product visibility, ranging, and sales volume through effective in-store execution.
- Influence retail partners to support product launches and commercial initiatives.
Market Analysis
- Analyse store-level and market data to identify trends and growth opportunities.
- Leverage insights to tailor sales strategies and enhance performance.
Reporting & Feedback
- Provide timely feedback on sales performance, customer insights, and competitor activity.
- Share market intelligence and collaborate with internal teams to drive strategic decisions.
Collaboration & Shadowing
- Partner with State Managers and fellow Territory Managers to share best practices.
- Support onboarding and coaching of new team members.
