Join the team as a Territory Executive driving commercial success in a ground-breaking environment.

Your day to day:

  • Ensure the Sell In and Sell Out objectives of the commercial channels for PMI's portfolio through the management and support of the FDV of the territory.
  • Implement fundamentals such as announcement of availability, pricing, portfolio penetration, and channel education.
  • Complete commercial windows, trade programs, and plans developed from Customer Marketing within the territory.
  • Conduct volume negotiations to ensure compliance with the Sell In and Sell Out budget defined month to month for commercial channels.
  • Manage channel inventories effectively.
  • Perform analysis of commercial channels data complemented with field knowledge to identify insights that contribute to developing and capitalizing on territory opportunities.
  • Gain SoM in the different channels where PMI's brands participate.
  • Coordinate and manage the channels portfolio in alignment with PMI's policies, including the respective collection management.

 

Who we’re looking for:

  • 3-5 years of proven experience in sales, preferably from fast moving consumer goods.
  • Outstanding negotiation skills.
  • Driven to take action and achieve results.
  • Ability to effectively engage and guide sales teams.
  • Strong numerical analysis skills and interpretation of Nielsen reports.
  • Intermediate English level.
