Mission and Team

The Procurement Sr. Specialist acts as a strategic business partner, connecting Procurement with local, regional, and global stakeholders across CCA. The role shapes sourcing strategies, influences demand planning, manages suppliers, and ensures cost, service, and quality outcomes aligned with business priorities.

Business Partnering & Strategy

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders on procurement matters.
• Influence demand planning and sourcing decisions in line with business and financial priorities.
• Identify opportunities for synergies and supply-base consolidation.

Sourcing & Supplier Management

• Lead end-to-end sourcing processes within assigned categories.
• Develop sourcing strategies based on market intelligence and business needs.
• Manage supplier selection and negotiations to achieve competitive pricing and service levels.
• Define and monitor supplier KPIs and drive continuous improvement.

Execution & Operations

• Execute procurement activities and sourcing plans effectively.
• Monitor performance against goals and KPIs.
• Support contract negotiations and ensure policy compliance.
• Drive process improvements and efficiencies.

Collaboration & Accountability

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across CCA markets.
• Support junior team members and contribute to regional projects.
• Own procurement processes and deliver measurable savings, efficiencies, and supplier performance.
• Ensure governance, compliance, and ethical sourcing.

MUST

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, or related field.

Experience

• 5-8 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain.
• Experience managing end-to-end sourcing and supplier negotiations.
• Experience in multinational and matrix organizations, preferably with regional exposure.
• Strong knowledge of strategic sourcing and procurement methodologies.
• Supplier performance management and KPI tracking.
• Financial and analytical capabilities, including cost analysis, TCO, and benchmarking.
• Proficiency in SAP, Ariba, or equivalent procurement systems.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to operate in cross-functional and multicultural environments.
• Strong ownership, accountability, and problem-solving mindset.
• Fluent English and Spanish.

PLUS

• Experience supporting multiple countries within Latin America/CCA.
• Experience in indirect procurement, including Marketing, IT, or Professional Services.
• Project management or transformation experience.
