We're looking for a Customer Collaboration Coordinator responsible to guarantee the execution of customer collaboration in the Andean Cluster. Lead customer collaboration forums and projects within PMI, managing all customer interactions from a supply chain perspective, being responsible for service level agreement compliance, influencing all teams involved in the end-to-end order process to offer world-class service to our customers. Develop and strengthen collaborative forecasting processes with customers
Accountabilities:
- Customer Collaboration Strategy:
- Coordinate, facilitate, and lead periodic collaboration meetings with key account clients and distributors, ensuring the monitoring and execution of related projects.
- Mobilize PMI and customer teams to develop initiatives that improve PMI processes and thus boost client service levels.
Order Fulfillment & Logistics Coordination:
- Ensure the correct execution of the end-to-end order process by monitoring and controlling 3PL (third-party logistics) performance.
- Collaborate with Control Tower, Logistics and Allocation teams to guarantee product availability and Order timely delivery [KPIs: INFULL, ONTIME and OTIF].
Performance Monitoring & KPI Management:
- Develop, analyze, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as service level [INFULL, ONTIME and OTIF], forecast accuracy [SFA], inventory turnover [DOI], In Stock Availability [ISA], Out of Stock [OOS] and among other KPIs. In charge of service level reports internally in the market, to global PMI and to customers.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement improvement plans based on service level performance, influencing and connecting all teams involved in the process.
- Constantly follow up on service level results (internally and externally) and lead monthly KPI homologation process with main customers. Guarantee great data analysis in order to structure and implement the improvement plan per customer.
Collaborative Forecasting:
- Lead and implement the collaborative forecasting process with key customers to optimize commercial decision-making related to sell-in and sell-out.
- Monitor inventory levels and replenishment cycles to prevent stockouts (OOS) or overstock situations, ensuring optimal Days of Inventory (DOI)
Requirements:
- College/University inIndustrial Engineering/Administrative Engineering
- Collaborative strategies management with Retailers, wholesalers or distributors - Continuous improvement project management - Collaborative forecasting - Logistics/Planning
- Intermediate-Advanced English level.
