People & Culture Intern - University Partnership & Community Engagement

Location: Medan, Indonesia

Working Pattern: On-site 4-5 days per week

We are looking for a proactive and creative University Relations & Campus Engagement Intern to support our initiatives in strengthening employer branding and engagement with university students. This internship offers hands-on experience in stakeholder management, project coordination, event execution, and talent pipeline development.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain strong partnerships with university career centers, faculty members, and student organizations.
• Identify and evaluate campus engagement opportunities to strengthen employer branding and student outreach.
• Coordinate and execute campus programs, including career talks, workshops, guest lectures, and student community events.
• Manage event logistics and stakeholder communications to ensure seamless program delivery.
• Promote internship and career opportunities through university networks and student communities.
• Track engagement activities, recruitment metrics, and candidate pipelines to support data-driven decisions.
• Prepare project updates, reports, and recommendations to enhance future campus engagement strategies.

Skills & Capabilities

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program and in the final year of study (currently semester 7 or above), with internship eligibility prior to graduation.
• Active involvement in student organizations, communities, or leadership activities.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Interest in training, learning & development, or content creation.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Creative thinkers with a customer-centric mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
