Position Title: Procurement Executive

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute end‑to‑end sourcing activities including RFQs/RFPs, supplier evaluations, commercial negotiations, and award recommendations to deliver best‑value outcomes aligned with business requirements
- Apply market insight, spend analysis, and benchmarking to identify cost optimization, value‑engineering, and demand management opportunities
- Ensure all sourcing and contracting activities are fully compliant with PMI Buying Goods and Services Policy (PMI 29), governance standards, and approval frameworks
- Partner with Legal and Procurement leadership to support contract development, renewals, and amendments, ensuring commercial protection and risk alignment
- Manage operational supplier relationships to ensure sustained performance against cost, quality, service levels, and risk expectations
- Act as a trusted procurement partner to assigned business stakeholders, providing commercial guidance, challenge, and sourcing solutions
- Maintain accurate and complete procurement, supplier, and contract data in procurement tools and ERP systems (e.g., SAP), supporting transparency and audit readiness
- Support internal and external audits, governance reviews, and compliance assessments, contributing to continuous improvement of procurement practices
Principal Accountabilities
- Market Intelligence & Procurement Planning Support
Collect, analyze, and interpret market and supplier data for indirect materials and services to assess availability, capacity, and market trends, providing fact‑based insights that support procurement planning, sourcing strategies, and informed decision‑making. - Structured Supplier Selection & Evaluation
Facilitate and support structured supplier selection processes, including coordinating supplier interactions, communicating business and technical requirements, and ensuring supplier proposals are evaluated consistently against defined specifications, commercial criteria, and governance standards. - Value‑Driven Buying & Sourcing Execution
Execute the buying and sourcing process for indirect materials and services—including solicitation, evaluation, and comparison of supplier quotations—in accordance with Procurement Principles and Practices, to ensure timely delivery, right quality and quantity, and optimal total cost of ownership. - Supplier Relationship & External Stakeholder Engagement
Build and maintain effective working relationships with suppliers, industry associations, and relevant external institutions to stay informed of market developments, innovations, and supply risks, and to leverage insights for the company’s commercial and operational benefit. - Supplier Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Collect, maintain, and analyze supplier performance data, contributing to supplier performance reviews and reports that support performance evaluation, risk identification, and continuous improvement initiatives. - Continuous Improvement & Process Excellence
Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of procurement systems, tools, and procedures by identifying inefficiencies, recommending enhancements, and supporting initiatives aimed at improving effectiveness, compliance, and operational excellence. - Compliance, Security & EHS Adherence
Ensure full compliance with company security policies, as well as environmental, health, and safety (EHS) requirements within the procurement scope, safeguarding company assets and supporting responsible and sustainable procurement practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized College or University in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Mathematics, or related disciplines
- Candidates with equivalent educational backgrounds combined with strong analytical, commercial, or technical experience relevant to sourcing, supplier management, or cost analysis are also welcome
- 2–3 years of relevant work experience in Procurement or in related roles such as supply chain, operations, commercial, finance, project management, or vendor‑facing functions, with demonstrated exposure to sourcing, supplier engagement, cost analysis, or contract‑related activities
- Proven ability to analyze data, assess options, and support fact‑based decision‑making, particularly in cost, availability, performance, or risk‑related contexts
- Demonstrated experience coordinating with external suppliers or service providers and internal stakeholders to deliver outputs aligned with defined requirements and timelines
- Working knowledge or strong aptitude to develop skills in contract management, including understanding commercial terms, service levels, and performance considerations; exposure to technical or manufacturing environments is an advantage
- Experience using enterprise systems or digital tools (e.g., ERP, financial, sourcing, or workflow systems); familiarity with SAP or eProcurement platforms is an advantage but not mandatory
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage constructively with diverse internal partners and external suppliers
- Demonstrated commercial mindset and negotiation capability, including the ability to balance cost, quality, service, and risk in support of best‑value outcomes
- High learning agility, structured thinking, and alignment with governance, compliance, and ethical standards
- Must be willing to work Mondays to Fridays, can be as early as 7am
- Work Location: The Finance Center, BGC Taguig
