Your ‘day to day’

 Pricing Strategy, Business Forecasting and Budgeting
Assist the business in achieving the optimal pricing strategy and volume forecast accuracy through Effectively monitoring and analyzing business KPIs and market trends leading to business insights, identifying risks and opportunities that can impact future growth, and develop proposed action plans to address these, monitoring and analyzing economic developments, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape. Perform analysis and simulations as per the ongoing business dynamics and perform cost monitoring to ensure 100% budget accuracy.

Performance Reporting and Executive Management Support
Support in monitoring and reporting business performance by providing business updates and other management reports as required. Provides periodic information necessary in monitoring progress and validation of projects/strategic plans that will serve as basis for business reviews with management.

 Business Intelligence
Responsible for maintaining market and competitive information system and database. This involves regular collection, classification and update of various information as well as identifying and managing internal and external sources of market and competitive information. Responsible as well for building a database and repository of all information (market research and data statistics) and ensuring integrity of the data. Works with Leaf Planning team in analyzing the information gathered to provide relevant and actionable inputs to the evaluation and implementation of business planning and projects.

 Business Partnering
Acts as a strategic partner of other functions (i.e. Leaf Buying, Sustainable Agriculture, Leaf processing) by providing data driven analyses and recommendations on business initiatives.

 Business Orientation and Knowledge Sharing
Conduct business orientations to teams (i.e. new hires, OC/Regional/affiliate visitors) and collaborate with other teams and functions in building forecasting and planning capabilities.

Project Management
Manage specific projects from planning, execution, evaluation, and migration to business-as-usual activities.

Who we’re looking for

• University degree holder in management, business, economics, engineering, statistics or related course
• Minimum 2 years work experience in areas requiring high level of analysis, preferably Business Planning and Strategy, Financial Planning
• Strong analytical skills, stakeholder management, problem solving, abstract reasoning/thinking, and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
