Your ‘day to day’

• Manage the Leaf grading and Packing process operations at VI level.
• Manage and align grading and packing strategies and plans providing support to manager Buying and Grading
• Conduct trails on varieties, area wise blend formulation and predictability and work closely with Buying and SA team to achieve desired levels of chemistry both for domestic and export usage in all tobacco types.
• Guide export and domestic processing plan during processing
• Manage the implementation and follow up of all standards, processes and controls stipulated on the Best Practices Guide for VI,s.
• Maintain/improve quality standards of packed TMCs, while maximizing tobacco utilization in all packed grades.
• Build a strong organization capable of managing challenging targets with autonomy.
• Integrate Grading team and collaborate with SA team effectively in off buying season to meet and exceed shared KPI,s

Who we’re looking for

• BSc/Msc (Hons) Agriculture 
• 2 - 3 years' experience in Leaf Agronomy preferably having tobacco crop knowledge and purchasing in other Agri based models.
