Your ‘day to day’

 

  • Implement process of buying green leaf from farmers
  • Execute the buying & pricing strategies agreed upon by management and plan readiness of buying stations in all aspects before  commencement of buying season
  • Achieve targets/KPIs impacting all aspects of the operations (Quality, costs, and safety, etc). Collaborate with SA team in off buying season to achieve KPIs allocated to buying and grading team.
  • Implement standards related to the operation (process flow, bales inspections, buying line efficiency) 
  • Adhere to best Practices Guidelines for Vertical Integrated Operations 
  • Provide support and train Junior/new Leaf Buying colleagues on all Buying/Grading related subjects and support crop team in off buying season in crop related matters
  • Conduct regular inspections of buying locations prioritize repairs, and ensure compliance with operational and safety standards.

 

Who we’re looking for

  • College/University degree
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Agriculture related jobs
  • Skilled in communication and data analytics.
