The Manager Business Process drives the implementation, governance, and continuous improvement of commercial processes across the region. The role ensures consistent process adoption, compliance with established standards, and alignment with business objectives while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and productivity.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and govern commercial processes across the region to ensure compliance and consistency.
  • Serve as the regional subject matter expert on commercial processes and SOPs.
  • Drive adoption of HQ-designed commercial processes and monitor their effectiveness.
  • Provide feedback to HQ on regional nuances and process improvement opportunities.
  • Map, review, and analyze existing processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and compliance risks.
  • Identify regional pain points and recommend solutions to improve process effectiveness.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives that enhance productivity and support business objectives.
  • Develop and deliver process-related training and communications tailored to regional needs.
  • Support audit readiness and address process-related findings from finance and internal audits.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure consistent process execution and governance.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree holder.
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Proven experience leading and coaching field-based teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management and project management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to drive execution excellence and translate insights into action.
  • Willing to travel extensively within the assigned region.
  • Valid Philippine driver's license with good driving skills.
