What your day looks like

Support Candidate Journey: Collaborate with market Talent Acquisition Teams to guide candidates through their journey, ensuring they are matched with the right job opportunities.

Review and Assess Qualifications: Evaluate candidates' qualifications and match them to the job requirements of open positions, ensuring the best fit for both the candidate and the organization.

Strategic Partnership: Act as a strategic partner to recruiters by endorsing high-quality candidates and ensuring they move forward in the hiring process.

System and Tool Maintenance: Maintain related systems and tools to support application tracking and contribute to the improvement of technology solutions, providing an enhanced experience for hiring managers and candidates.
What you need to have

Experience:
-
3-5 years of proven experience in recruitment, human resources, or talent acquisition, with a focus on resume screening or candidate assessment.

Global recruitment exposure in various RPOs or multinational organizations is an advantage.

Technical Skills:
-
Strong knowledge of ATS software, particularly SuccessFactors, Phenom, among others.

Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to quickly identify key qualifications and competencies in resumes.

Solid understanding of various industries, roles, and job functions.

Soft Skills:
-
Strong communication and organizational skills.
-
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Work Schedule and Location:

Generally, Mondays to Fridays, on a hybrid work arrangement, in a shifting schedule

Based in 8 Rockwell, Makati Head Office.
