Position Title:  Reporting Specialist (Fixed-Term Only)

At PMI, we’re transforming how we attract and hire talent—and data plays a critical role in that journey. As a Reporting Specialist within Talent Acquisition, you’ll help shape how recruitment performance is understood across the organization by turning complex data into meaningful insights.

You’ll work closely with local and global stakeholders, helping them navigate recruitment trends, measure performance, and make informed decisions through clear, impactful reporting.

Your day-to-day impact

• Build and maintain reports that track recruitment pipeline health, efficiency, and hiring performance
• Partner with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable insights
• Interpret Power BI dashboards and data sets into clear, concise business narratives
• Support a data-driven culture within Talent Acquisition

What you bring

• Experience in reporting, analytics, or Talent Acquisition operations (3–5+ years preferred)
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insights
• Advanced Excel skills and working knowledge of Power BI
• Confidence in engaging with global stakeholders
• Familiarity with ATS platforms like SuccessFactors is a plus

• Hybrid work arrangement based in Rockwell, Makati City
