At PMI, we are transforming our supply chain into a data-driven, consumer-centric, and future-ready ecosystem. As a Supply Chain Services Manager, you will play a critical leadership role in delivering seamless operations while driving meaningful transformation across a regional landscape.

 

Your day to day

 

  • Own and lead end-to-end CCS Supply Chain operations across the region, ensuring consistent delivery of service excellence (B2B & B2C)
  • Translate regional strategies into executable business cases and successfully deploy them across markets
  • Continuously transform the service catalog through automation, process optimization, and capability scaling
  • Co-create with global and regional partners to embed data-driven, future-fit supply chain processes
  • Lead distributed teams across global service hubs, ensuring high performance, strong engagement, and customer-centric delivery
  • Identify and unlock value through operational improvements that drive growth, efficiency, and cost optimization
  • Drive a culture of ownership, innovation, and continuous improvement across the organization
  • Act as COE lead for key workstreams, shaping standards, building expertise, and enabling capability uplift across GBS SC
  • Build and empower diverse, high-performing teams across international service hubs

 

Who we’re looking for

 

  • Solid experience in Supply Chain, Customer Service, or Commercial operations within complex, international environments
  • Proven leadership experience managing managers and/or large teams across geographies (6+ years)
  • Strong understanding of supply chain operations, stakeholder ecosystems, and business performance drivers
  • Track record of delivering transformation, operational excellence, and measurable business impact

Work Schedule and Location

 

  • Generally, Mondays to Fridays, on a hybrid work arrangement
  • Based in 8 Rockwell, Makati Head Office
