Join our Global Business Solutions (GBS) Strategy & Delivery Excellence team and help drive complex business transformations that enable PMI’s smoke-free future. In this role, you will lead large-scale transition and change initiatives that strengthen operational excellence, accelerate growth, and deliver seamless service experiences across our global organization.

Impact You'll Own

Deliver complex global transition and transformation programs with minimal business disruption while achieving timelines, budget, and quality objectives.
Enable successful service migrations, outsourcing, insourcing, and organizational changes across markets, regions, and functions.
Drive measurable business value through process optimization, efficiency improvements, and risk mitigation.
Influence senior stakeholders and strengthen governance to support strategic decision-making.
Build and lead high-performing teams while fostering agility, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

What You'll Do

Lead end-to-end transition and transformation programs across multiple functions, geographies, and stakeholder groups.
Develop and execute transition roadmaps, governance structures, and delivery plans.
Manage program risks, budgets, timelines, scope, and change impacts.
Drive executive communications, stakeholder engagement, and steering committee governance.
Lead change management activities, including communication, training, and adoption planning.
Mentor Transition Managers and ensure effective resource allocation and delivery excellence.
Monitor KPIs and continuously improve transition processes and outcomes.

Skills & Capabilities

Must-Have

8+ years of experience in Finance, Commercial, Shared Services, or Global Business Services environments.
5+ years of experience in transition management, project management, and change management.
Proven track record leading multiple complex transition or transformation programs.
Strong leadership experience managing teams and developing talent.
Expertise in stakeholder management across senior leaders, cross-functional teams, and external partners.
Strong governance, risk management, and business process transformation capabilities.
Ability to make sound decisions, influence outcomes, and perform effectively in ambiguous environments.
Strong financial and business acumen with the ability to connect operational changes to business outcomes.
Advanced business English communication and presentation skills.
Experience developing and executing change management and communication strategies.

Nice-to-Have

Experience within a Global Business Services or Shared Services organization.
Knowledge of Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report, Treasury, Controlling, or Customer Care Services processes.
Professional certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, PROSCI, ITIL, or Lean Six Sigma.
