WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
• A self-driven professional with university degree, preferably in Logistics, International Trade or Supply Chain
• A fluent English speaker with minimum 4 years’ experience in O2C environment with the focus on Order Management and Invoicing area, preferably with SAP (ERP) S4 and at least 4 years team management experience
• A candidate with subject matter expertise in the Order to Invoice domain, with solid knowledge & understanding of processes around Sales Order(s) Capture & Management, Fulfilment
• An individual with flexibility and capability to initiate and maintain excellent relationships with stakeholders on different seniority levels. Including the ability to engage, listen, coach, challenge and influence across all levels of organization.
• A self-starter who is comfortable with fast-paced, high-intensity environment where multiple projects are balanced, and work needs to be prioritized.
• With strong project and change management skills and demonstrated analytical, process-oriented and a good eye for detail. A strong communicator with excellent presentation skills.
• With experience in migration of processes
HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?
- Lead order to invoice processes with a focus on delivering superior customer service while meeting customers predefined deadlines, ensuring deployment industry leading standards
- Support business commitments trough on time, proactive communication as well driving first class operation. Taking lead on introducing best practices across various locations
- Execute strategy provided by Order to Cash LT and secure operational leadership thru define and introduction of process metrics
- Maintain agile environment and re-prioritize workload for the team to balance expected seasonal processing workloads picks, customers issue remediation, business growth and scope migrations
- Create an inspiring team environment with a culture of open communication with trust and accountability
- Monitor and manage the Order to Invoice department through the preparation and publication of monthly KPIs, ensuring regular review and initiating process changes to standardize, improve performance and efficiency related to process execution. Ensure team’s compliance with the governing company controls, policies and procedures
- Collaborate with the affiliates to discuss operational KPI and other topics / issues on the O2I end to end services (Client Relationship Management)
- Collate all issues raised by the market, discussed it with the responsible team in Service Delivery team for resolution
- Drive customer orientation to the team
- Lead talent development of the Order to Invoice through recruitment, training, coaching, project assignment, empowerment
- Manage and organize team’s objectives and KPI in a favor of company growth & PM BS productivity increase
- Provide guidance and supervision to the team by setting and implementing team goals or objectives, supervising, training or guiding team members, engaging and motivating team members, providing effective feedback and manage hybrid global team of supervisors
- Ensure compliance of leadership style with PMI standards & policies
