The Learning Specialist supports the execution of the organization’s learning strategy by delivering reliable, accurate, and timely learning services across PMI learning platforms. The role focuses on learning administration, platform and community support, case management, and reporting, ensuring a consistent and high‑quality learner experience through established processes, systems, and service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage learning service requests end-to-end, ensuring timely and accurate resolution in line with SLAs and KPIs
- Deliver core learning administration (session management, registrations, learning hours tracking)
- Support learning platforms and communities, including content, assessments, learning plans, and user management
- Manage platform access and licenses, resolving standard issues
- Provide first-level troubleshooting and system guidance using SOPs and knowledge resources
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support learning program delivery
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across learning systems
- Support standard reporting using approved dashboards and data sources
- Participate in testing (UAT) for new tools, systems, and processes
- Identify improvement opportunities and contribute to process and service enhancements
- Maintain documentation and share knowledge to support continuous improvement
- Support additional or evolving learning services as required
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree holder with relevant experience in L&D, HR, or People & Culture (preferably in a global/shared services environment)
- Experience in learning administration, platforms, and reporting
- Proven ability to manage multiple requests and meet service KPIs (timeliness, accuracy, CSAT)
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Customer-focused with effective stakeholder communication skills
- Agile and adaptable in a fast-changing environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and learning/digital tools
- Experience in continuous improvement or service optimization is a plus
Work Location & Schedule:
- Makati City, Monday to Friday - 8:30am to 5:30pm
- Hybrid Work Setup
