As a Global Mobility Advisor, you’ll play a key role in enabling international talent movement, supporting our global workforce, and helping us attract and retain the best people from around the world. You’ll be at the heart of our people strategy, ensuring smooth transitions for employees and their families while driving compliance, efficiency, and a world-class assignee experience.

 

 

What You'll Do:

 

 Assignment Management

  • Manage end-to-end international assignments tailored to individual and family needs.
  • Be the go-to contact for assignees, business leaders, and P&C partners.
  • Ensure a seamless experience across relocation, onboarding, and repatriation.

 

Advisory & Expertise

  • Provide expert guidance on global mobility policies, relocation, immigration, tax, and social security.
  • Partner with business and HR to deliver flexible, compliant, and people-centric solutions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to assignees and stakeholders across regions.

 

Compensation & Compliance

  • Ensure accurate compensation implementation and data integrity.
  • Monitor vendor performance and ensure services align with policy and expectations.
  • Safeguard compliance with legal and internal standards.

 

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to enhance processes and elevate the assignee experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation in mobility services.

 

Reporting & Risk Management

  • Support secondments and terminations with a focus on compliance and risk mitigation.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders and ensure smooth coordination with legal, tax, and HR teams.

 

 

What You Need to Have:

 

  • A university degree and at least 1 year of experience in Global Mobility or 2 years in HR roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity.
  • A customer-first mindset with a passion for service excellence.
  • Fluency in English and the ability to communicate clearly and confidently.

 

 

Work Schedule and Location:

 

  • Generally, Mondays to Fridays, on a hybrid work arrangement
  • Based in 8 Rockwell, Makati Head Office
