Position Title: Commercial Support Specialist (Masterdata)

Your main goal is to support in the analysis of potential growth opportunities together with effective portfolio and commercial planning of initiatives to ensure timely and effective execution. This is achieved through:

Support in data maintenance activities (data collection/ingestion, data consolidation, data cleanup, data inputs)

Master data management and fulfillment that will provide accurate product information to operators that will enable timely product launches based on portfolio plans

Provide accurate business performance metrics (consumer offtake, retail selling prices, passenger) and also accurate analytics that will enable the team to identify revenue growth opportunities.

Additional support for BAU report and analysis preparation
Data Management
-
Provide adequate support data collection, consolidation from multiple platforms and sources.

Ensure data quality within PMI systems by providing administration support and platform management.

Deliver accurate and timely Masterdata maintenance and validation for new product launches.
Reporting
-
Provide data preparation support for timely and accurate delivery of reports for various Commercial operation requirements of the markets such as business performance, KPI tracking, etc.

Prepare 3rd party agency performance reports or other relevant metrics.
Coordination
-
Support in the delivery of various business initiatives between relevant internal streams/functions and/or third party agencies.
Knowledge Management

Update and create internal documentation, process flows, handbooks, processes and reports guides.
Who we're looking for:

College/ University Degree of a relevant course
-
At least 2-3 years of experience with good understanding of business and digital systems / tools

Fluency in English, both written and spoken to thrive in a large multinational organization

Basic to Intermediate Excel, Salesforce knowledge, SQL, PowerBI and other visualization tools is an advantage.

High aptitude for learning and curiosity towards platforms and tools
-
Ability to manage multiple deliverables in a multicultural environment with strong communication and collaborative skills.

Strong stakeholder management skills.
Work Schedule and Location
Generally Mondays to Fridays, 8:30AM – 5:30PM, in a hybrid work arrangement
Based in Makati City, 8 Rockwell Head Office
