Position Title:  Commercial Digital Specialist (MDM)

Your ‘Day One’ Impact

As a Digital Specialist, you’ll help bring digital solutions to life—from concept to deployment. You’ll ensure platforms run seamlessly, support market teams, and collaborate with global experts to deliver high‑quality digital experiences. Your work will directly influence how we engage our customers, partners, and employees across multiple markets.

What You’ll Do

• Support market and global teams in deploying and maintaining digital platforms
• Test functionalities across devices, languages, and environments for web and e‑commerce
• Publish digital content, learning materials, and platform updates
• Troubleshoot system issues, coordinate with developers, and ensure timely resolutions
• Manage dashboards, analytics, reports, and digital insights
• Work with cross‑functional teams and external partners
• Contribute to digital documentation, process improvements, and platform governance

Who You Are

• Digitally curious and comfortable navigating platforms and tools
• At least 1 year of experience in digital systems, business tools, or platform operations
• Skilled in communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement
• Fluent in English & other Asian languages is a plus
• Experience with Salesforce, SQL, JIRA, Confluence, HTML, or web publishing is an advantage
• Enjoys working in a multicultural environment and managing multiple priorities

Work Schedule and Location

• Hybrid work arrangement based in Rockwell, Makati City
