Your Opportunity

Are you a data-driven problem solver with a passion for uncovering growth opportunities and driving commercial (sales & marketing) excellence? Join our team and help shape strategic decisions through insightful analysis, effective planning, and continuous improvement.

Your main goal is to support the analysis of potential growth opportunities and ensure timely and effective execution of commercial initiatives. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact insights and drive operational efficiency.

What You'll Do:

Business Analysis & Growth Strategy

• Analyze business performance and market dynamics (consumer, competition, channels, industry) to identify volume, share of market, and revenue growth opportunities 
• Conduct forecasting, data modeling, and scenario analysis to support strategic planning 
• Lead continuous improvement projects to enhance reporting efficiency and standardization

Reporting & Insights

• Deliver accurate and timely reports for commercial operations, including business performance and KPI tracking 
• Collect and consolidate data from multiple platforms, create visualizations, and derive actionable insights 
• Calculate KPIs and manage incentive program rewards 
• Prepare performance reports for third-party agencies and other relevant metrics

Commercial Analysis

• Perform in-depth analysis on consumer trends, industry performance, and internal KPIs 
• Support ad hoc forecasting and scenario modeling requests 
• Conduct customer and consumer insights analysis

Data Maintenance & System Support

• Ensure data quality across systems through platform administration and master data validation 
• Maintain accurate and timely updates within PMI systems

Project Coordination & Execution

• Support the delivery of business initiatives across internal teams and external partners 
• Lead complex, high-impact projects with multi-market or multifunctional scope 
• Apply continuous improvement practices to enhance project outcomes

Documentation & Process Management

• Create and update internal documentation, process flows, handbooks, and reporting guides

What You Need to Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field 
• 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, commercial planning, or digital systems 
• Strong understanding of business processes and tools 
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) 
• Advanced Excel skills; proficiency in PowerPoint and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) 
• Knowledge of Salesforce, SQL, and other data platforms is a plus 
• Strong analytical thinking, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills 
• Service-oriented mindset with excellent collaboration and communication abilities 
• High learning agility and curiosity toward digital platforms and tools 
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a multicultural environment

Work Schedule and Location:

• Generally, Mondays to Fridays, on a hybrid work arrangement
• Based in 8 Rockwell, Makati Head Office
