Position Title:  Commercial Deployment Analyst

We’re looking for a Commercial Deployment Analyst who will help drive data‑backed decisions and enable efficient, insight‑led commercial execution across our markets. If you are analytical, collaborative, and passionate about turning data into meaningful business outcomes, this role is for you.

Your day-to-day

• Support business performance analysis (consumer, competition, channels, industry) to identify growth opportunities.
• Deliver accurate, timely reporting for commercial operations, KPI tracking, and incentive calculations.
• Perform forecasting, data modelling, scenario analysis, and insights generation for strategic initiatives.
• Manage and maintain master data and ensure data quality across PMI platforms.
• Support commercial initiatives in coordination with cross‑functional teams and third‑party agencies.
• Update and maintain internal documentation, process flows, and reporting guides.

Who we’re looking for

• 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, commercial operations, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of business and digital tools/systems.
• Advanced Excel skills; proficiency in PowerPoint and visualization tools.
• Experience or knowledge in SQL, PowerBI, Salesforce, and data modelling is an advantage.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and planning skills.
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong learning agility, analytical mindset, and collaborative working style.
• Fluency in English.

Work Schedule and Location

• Generally, Mondays to Fridays, on a hybrid work arrangement (dayshift or midshift schedule)
• Based in 8 Rockwell, Makati Head Office
