As a Commercial Deployment (Senior) Specialist, you will play a key role in enabling commercial capability development through effective learning operations, training support, and Learning Management System (LMS) administration. You will help ensure employees have access to the right learning experiences and resources to build capabilities aligned with evolving business priorities.

Your 'day to day'

Learning Management System (LMS) Management

• Manage day-to-day administration and maintenance of the LMS platform.

• Publish, organize, and maintain learning content and curricula.

• Monitor learner activity, completion rates, and platform performance.

• Generate reports and insights to support capability-building initiatives and business decisions.

Training Development & Learning Operations

• Support the design, development, and deployment of learning and capability-building programs.

• Coordinate and facilitate training logistics, communications, and deployment activities.

• Partner with stakeholders to identify learning needs and translate them into effective learning solutions.

• Ensure learning materials remain current, relevant, and aligned with business priorities.

Capability Building Support

• Support the development and maintenance of functional competency frameworks.

• Assist in gathering capability demand data and identifying critical capability gaps.

• Contribute to the prioritization of learning needs and the creation of targeted development solutions.

• Help evaluate learning effectiveness and recommend continuous improvement opportunities.

Stakeholder & Project Support

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align on learning priorities and execution plans.

• Manage stakeholder expectations and provide solutions to operational challenges.

• Lead or support small-scale projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Coach and guide junior team members as needed.

Who we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field.

• Experience in learning and development, training operations, capability building, or talent development.

• Hands-on experience managing Learning Management Systems (LMS) and learning content deployment.

• Knowledge of competency frameworks, capability development methodologies, and adult learning principles.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Experience coordinating projects and working across multiple teams and functions.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to generate insights from learning and capability data.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Work Location & Schedule

•  Hybrid work arrangement between Mondays to Fridays; midshift schedule

•  Based in 8 Rockwell, Makati City
