As a Global Order & Invoice Management Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate order processing, seamless invoicing, and an exceptional customer experience. You’ll collaborate across functions, solve real‑time challenges, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that shape the future of our operations.
Your Impact
- Deliver accurate and timely order and invoice processing across markets
- Ensure a smooth end‑to‑end customer experience by managing order lifecycles effectively
- Proactively resolve billing and operational issues to avoid disruptions
- Support process improvements, system enhancements, and transformation initiatives
- Maintain compliance, data integrity, and audit readiness at all times
What You Bring
- Experience in O2C operations, ideally in a B2B and global environment
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Confidence working with systems such as SAP and reporting tools like Power BI
- Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and communicate effectively
- Proficiency in English and Korean languages
Work Schedule and Location
- Hybrid work arrangement based in Rockwell, Makati City
