Position Title:  Analyst Customer Data Management

What Your Day Looks Like:

• Manage the Customer Master Database in compliance with PMI processes, procedures, and policies.
• Ensure the completeness and accuracy of information and supporting documentation provided by business stakeholders.
• Conduct Data Life Cycle Management activities such as data quality audits, data cleansing, and data enrichment.
• Perform ad hoc analytical tasks and generate reports.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders (affiliates, other SSC teams, other regions) to proactively follow up on the end-to-end resolution of all cases related to the CMD process.
• Propose and implement process initiatives and improvements, and actively participate in cross-functional projects.
• Support internal and external audits (SOX, FCP).

Who We're Looking For:

• University degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Systems, or equivalent, or in the final year of study.
• At least 2 years of proven experience working in a finance department.
• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and customer-oriented skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Excellent spoken and written English (daily verbal interaction) and preferably Portuguese.
• Advanced knowledge of SAP, Excel, and Winshuttle (knowledge of Macros is a plus).

Work Schedule and Location:

• Generally, Mondays to Fridays, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, on a hybrid work arrangement with a minimum of 3 days on-site.
• Based in 8 Rockwell, Makati Head Office.
