We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager, to lead the development and execution of consumer-centric marketing strategies across multiple SFP categories, driving brand growth and commercial impact through deep consumer understanding, cross-functional collaboration, and excellence in execution across diverse sales channels—including Brand Retail. This person will play a key role in driving this transformation — leading brand strategies, inspiring teams, and bringing innovation to life across multiple categories and channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of marketing/brand strategies for PMI’s smoke-free product portfolio, with a strong focus on adult smoker conversion, brand differentiation, and commercial impact.
• Act as a champion in the roadmap across the full consumer journey — from awareness and trial to acquisition, retention, and loyalty — adapting to market dynamics and regulatory constraints.
• Leverage consumer insights, behavioral data, and market trends to drive informed decision-making and translate strategic intent into concrete go-to-market plans.
• Drive integrated marketing campaigns across digital, retail (direct and indirect), and trade channels — ensuring consistency, relevance, and excellence in execution.
• Lead and inspire cross-market teams and collaborate with commercial operations teams to develop activation strategies that maximize in-market performance and enhance consumer experience.
• Manage brand performance and marketing budgets, with accountability for brand health, ROI, and contribution to business KPIs.
• Manage high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
• Act as a key business partner to regional and global stakeholders, aligning local execution with broader strategic priorities and contributing to best-practice sharing across markets.

We’re looking for someone with

• 10+ years of marketing experience in FMCG or related industries, with strong exposure to brand strategy, execution, and innovation.
• Fluent in English.
• Willingness and flexibility to reallocate to international assignments as part of global career path.
• Experience in Managing teams, with a passion for developing talent and building high-performing teams.
• A strong track record in managing multiple categories and leading successful product launches or brand transformations.
• Deep understanding of consumer behavior, brand equity, and data-led decision making.
• Experience working in or with retail environments, ideally within premium or lifestyle categories.
• Commercially driven, with strong collaboration skills across Sales, Trade, and other business units.
• Confident communicator and stakeholder manager, with experience influencing at regional and global level.
